• Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.

• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, promotional gifts, and worn products cannot be returned.

• Process: To start a return, email us at support@darealsmile.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to ship the item back.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
