Refund Policy

  • Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.

  • Method: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., damaged or missing parts not due to our error), only a partial refund may be granted.

  • Exchanges: If you want to exchange for a different size or color, please state this in your return request — exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or card company first. If still unresolved, contact us at support@darealsmile.com.
